Should you wish to cancel your appointment I ask kindly that you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your treatment(s). Please understand that when an appointment is cancelled last minute I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved treatment(s).

I do of course understand that unavoidable issues may arise and I will do my best to work with you in an emergency etc. I appreciate your business and thank you very much for viewing and supporting my policy.
